केदारं हिमवत्पार्श्वे नित्यं संनिहितः शिवः ।
बदरी क्षेत्रे विष्णुश्च द्विदेव द्विगुणं फलम् ॥ — Skanda Purana on the glory of the two Himalayan dhams
The Do Dham Yatra combines the two most beloved Himalayan pilgrimage sites into one perfectly paced 7-day journey — ideal for those making their first Himalayan pilgrimage or with limited time. Kedarnath (3,583m) houses one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva; Badrinath (3,133m) is one of the four Char Dhams dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
From the roaring Mandakini river at Sonprayag to the turquoise Neelkanth peaks above Badrinath — every landscape on this route is saturated with divine grace.
