The Char Dham shrines are open from late April/early May to late October/November (before the snow closes the mountain roads). The auspicious Akshaya Tritiya usually marks the opening. May–June and September–October offer the best weather and fewer crowds.
Kailash Mansarovar passes above 5,600m and requires proper acclimatisation. Our itinerary includes gradual altitude gain, rest days, and our medical officer Dr. Meena Pant accompanies every group. We carry emergency oxygen cylinders. Age limit is usually 18–65 with a medical certificate of fitness.
For senior pilgrims, we recommend Ayodhya Kashi Dham (no altitude) or Nepal Pashupatinath (city-based, easy walking). Char Dham and Do Dham can be done by seniors with good health — Kedarnath has pony and helicopter options. We design every yatra around the group's fitness level.
All our packages include accommodation, all Satvik vegetarian meals, private transport, experienced guide, all temple darshan arrangements, permits, and emergency medical equipment. Travel insurance and flights to the starting city are excluded and would be advised as add-ons.
For peak season (May–July) yatras, we recommend booking 3–4 months in advance, especially for Kailash Mansarovar (Tibet permits have limited availability) and Amarnath (registration opens early). For off-peak months, 4–6 weeks notice is usually sufficient.
